The Aspire Leaders Program 2026

The Aspire Leaders Program 2026 is a fully funded, 9-week online leadership program launched by the Aspire Institute. It aims to help students discover their abilities, strengthen their professional skills, and grow into impactful leaders. The program guides participants through a dynamic learning experience, including engaging masterclasses taught by renowned faculty, collaborative discussions with a diverse international cohort, and opportunities for mentorship and financial support. Through this immersive experience, emerging leaders gain the confidence and tools they need to make meaningful contributions to their communities. About Aspire Institute The Aspire Institute, an independent non-profit organisation, started as a program under the Mittal South Asia Institute at Harvard University in 2017. Founded by two Harvard Business School professors, Dr Tarun Khanna and Dr Karim Lakhani, it spun off from Harvard in 2022 with a vision to help every young person achieve their full potential and contribute their leadership and talents to build thriving communities.
